- मध्य प्रदेश के इतिहास में मेरे द्वारा तैयार किया गया कृषि विभाग उज्जैन का पहला ब्लाग जिसमें कृषि संबंधी सभी जानकारियों के साथ साथ किसानों की मांग एकत्रित करने हेतु मेरी भी सुनो नाम की सुविधा इजाद की गई
- जिसका शुभारंभ माननीय मुख्यमंत्री महोदय द्वारा वर्ष 2013 में उज्जैन में किया गया एवं इसी कार्य के लिये मध्य प्रदेश का एकल श्रेणी का आई टी अवार्ड 2013 मुझे मार्च 2014 में माननीय मुख्यमंत्री महोदय द्वारा प्रदान गया
- 25 सितम्बर 2014 को लोकसेवा प्रबंधन दिवस के अवसर पर माननीय मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा लोकसेवा प्रबंधन उत्कृष्टता पुरूस्कार 2014 प्रदान किया गया .
- भूमि एवं जल संरक्षण प्रबंधन क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट सेवाओं के लिये 11 नवंबर वर्ष 2011 में नई दिल्ली में राष्ट्रीय गौरव अवार्ड प्रदान किया गया ।
- वर्ष 2012 में ही बेस्ट सिटीजन आफ इंडिया का अवार्ड इंटरनेशनल पब्लिसिंग हाउस नई दिल्ली के द्वारा प्रदान किया गया
- मेरे विशिष्ठ कार्यो एवं कार्य शैली को देखते हुये मध्यप्रदेश शासन द्वारा वर्ष 2000 में 2 माह के विशेष अध्ययन प्रशिक्षण हेतु आस्ट्रेलिया भेजा गया । जिसमें मुख्य सचिव म प्र शासन, तीन कलेक्टर, तीन मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी एवं तकनीकी पृष्ठभूमि के तीन अधिकारी जिनमें कृषि विभाग से एक मात्र मेरा ही उक्त अध्ययन यात्रा के लिये शासन द्वारा चयन किया गया था ।
- वर्ष 2000 में भूजल संवर्धन की तकनीकी का पहली बार फंदा फार्म में प्रदर्शन जिसका अवलोकन तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री महोदय द्वारा एवं उससे प्रभावित होकर संपूर्ण मध्यप्रदेश में क्रियान्वित किये जाने हेतु भू जल संवर्धन योजना के रूप में प्रचारित प्रसारित किया गया ।
- सीहोर जिले के इछावर विकासखंड में जलग्रहण क्षेत्र प्रबंधन के अंतर्गत किये गये भूमि एवं जल प्रबंध संबंधी अभिनव उत्कृष्ट कार्यो की भारत शासन एवं मध्यप्रदेष शासन द्वारा अवलोकन कर प्रसंषित किया गया एवं उन कार्यो के छायाचित्रों को तत्समय मध्यप्रदेष शासन के अभिलेखों में कामयाबी की नयी उंचाईयों केशीर्षक के अंतर्गत सम्मिलित कर प्रचारित प्रसारित किया गया ।
- वर्ष 1997 में पंच-ज (जन, जल, जमी,ं जानवर, जंगल) की अभिकल्पना का विकास किया गया इन्ही पंाच ज के विकास को साकार करने के प्रयोजन से राज्य शासन द्वारा वर्ष 2004 मंे प्रदेश व्यापी पंच-ज अभियान संचालित किया गया ।
- लघुत्तम सिंचाई योजना के अंतर्गत राज्य में निर्मित किये जाने वाले लघुत्तम सिचाई तालाबों की योजना का परीक्षण किये जाने हेतु गठित राज्य स्तरीय तकनीकी प्रकोष्ठ में सदस्य के रूप में तकनीकी परीक्षण का कार्य संचालित किया
- राजीव गांधी जलग्रहण मिशन, वाल्मी एवं प्रशासनिक अकादमी में गेस्ट फेकेल्टी के रूप में आंमत्रण तथा अनेक राज्य स्तरीय दलों के सदस्य के रूप में नामांकित एवं राजीव गांधी जलग्रहण मिषन के द्वारा विभिन्न पदों हेतु लिये जाने वाले साक्षात्कारों में विषय विशेषज्ञ के रूप में आमंत्रित किया जाता रहा है ।
- मेरे द्वारा अभिकल्पित एवं रचित कृषि संबंधी रचनाओं दोहावलियों एवं कवच जैसे भू रक्षा कवच, जलग्रहण क्षेत्र चालीसा, भू जल संग्रह दोहावली, जैविक खेती दोहावली इत्यादि रचनायें जो ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में अत्यंत लोकप्रिय रही है उन रचनाओं को मध्यप्रदेष शासन के मिशन डाकूमंेट के परिशिष्ट क्रमांक 33 में स्थान दिया गया ।
- मेरे द्वारा अभिकल्पित एवं रचित पुस्तक भू जल चिकित्सा पद्धति जिसमें भू जल संरक्षण की समस्त तकनीकी विधियों को कृषकों कीे चिरपरिचित चिकित्सकीय भाषा में वर्णित किया गया है । इस पुस्तक को कृषकों एवं कृषि वैज्ञानिकों द्वारा सराहा गया । इस तकनीकी विधि में भूमि गत जल संवर्धन हेतु अनेक उपाय बताये गये हैं ।
- मेरे द्वारा अभिकल्पित एवं रचित लोकप्रिय जलग्रहण क्षेत्र चालीसा को केंद्र शासन द्वारा प्रसंशित किया जाकर नई दिल्ली के प्रगति मैदान में लगने वाले कृषि मेले के उद्घाटन समारोह एवं भूमि संरक्षण सप्ताह 2000 एवं कृषि मेला 2000 एवं 2001 में आयोजित उद्घाटन समारोह में लगातार तीन बार आमंत्रित कर सम्मानित किया गया

- एस डब्लू आई पद्धति के लिये अंकुरित गेहूं बीज को हाथ से बोना कठिन होने से लागत बहुत अधिक आती है । इसके लिये प्रचलित गार्लिक प्लांटर को मेरे द्वारा संशोधित कर सुधार किया गया जिससे अंकुरित गेहूं की बोनी आसानी से संपन्न की जा सकती है । इसका प्रयोग कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र उज्जैन में सफलता पूर्वक किया गया ।
